The VP Minute Book The minute book's binder is a Heavy Duty Record Book bound in Burgundy or Black levant imitation leather. The face of the binder is detailed in gold with "Minutes" or "Company Records". A window label on the spine of the book gives you the flexibility to change the Name of the Entity. The rounded metal spine with concealed rivets makes this kit an "old style" looking kit with all the modern features of today. Add a slipcase or minute paper for an additional charge.
